Hi!
 
I received the newsletter yesterday.  Unfortunately, I already have plans for tomorrow night as I would love to attend the holiday party.  I recently moved onto the street, and would love the opportunity to meet all my neighbors.  I am at 151  - with my two daughters, Victoria (8), and Isabella (7).  I will be happy to drop off the dues.
 
Feel free to call upon me to help out with any activities, planning, or anything else I can do to help out.  Thanks so much for this wonderful effort to keep a great neighborhood together!  I am happy to be a part of such a great street!
