[Nestedvm] Help with missing dependency: gpc-20030830

Hi!

I would first of all like to thank you for this very interesting  
project!

I am interested into compiling and testing Tex and I have managed this  
far to compile and run all other tests under Linux.
The problem is simply that I am no longer able to find a copy of  
gpc-20030830.tgz needed for patching and compiling.
The url provided in the makefile pointing to megacz.com is not  
available, and I was not able to find this anywhere else.

Would anyone be so kind to provide me with a copy of that file?
