We can do it! The bergamot might be drowned out by the malt in a porter
though. Maybe a brown ale? I mean, it won't hurt except in the cost
department to try it out (i.e., if you undershoot you won't taste anything,
ergo wasted ingredient). But that's just me bullshitting; we won't know
until we try.

When were you thinking to brew?
