Today was a good day to brew

Crazy blue skies all through brewing for Joey's first batch, and as soon as
we got the kettle inside, KaBOOOM went the thunder! Clinton's new mash tun
stand did well. It supported the weight and allowed us to lauter into the
kettle while it was up on the burner, so we cut off easily 45 minutes of
waiting. The result: 11 gallons of delicious hefeweizen await us. JWheatz,
prepare to meet oolong tea :)
