Instead of Brewing ... Construction?

Some more reading makes me question how useful a bottom manifold will
be--unless we use hop bags, it'll get clogged up even with a stainless
steel sponge filter. I'll bring the keg & dremel tomorrow (I think I still
have cutting discs) and we'll see what we think about porting it.
