Lagering idea

Greetings, all,

So an idea just struck me for a way to lager. It involves an Arduino board
and a temperature sensor. If we put the fermenter in a cooler (one of those
deep, cube-ish ones) and fill it with water, and hook up an icemaker to it,
we could maybe make a system that dispenses ice when the temp gets above an
arbitrary point. And that way we could keep the fridge for ale making, and
still lager! It sure would beat constantly checking it for four weeks :)

I've half a mind to try lagering here next winter (if we stay). The ground
floor here has a delightfully low ambient temp, so pushing it down to the
mid 40s is quite feasible.
