THOTH Adjusted Grain Bill

As requested Steve:

I'll let you know in a bit if your beer still looks "infected"

Grain:

 - 2.5lb 2-row
 - 3lb Munich Malt

 - 1lb Black Batent (UK if possible)
 - 12oz Crystal 80L
 - 8oz Chocolate Malt (UK if possible, but I'm not picky)
 - 4oz Special B

 - 2.2 lbs light DME (we have not /quite/ 2lbs -- guess it's time for a
                      new one)

Hops:

 - 1oz Willamette (@ 5% AA, we have ~5g of 4.7% AA so as long as it
                   isn't under 4% we're OK)
 - 1oz Styrian Goldings (@ 4.5% AA, I can sub a tiny bit of something
                         else if it's a bit lower)

Misc:

 - 1.5lbs blackstrap molasses -- We can run to the HT to get this if
   needed (I want to use unsulphered and not the sulphered
   crap that they have at the food lion)

 - 1lb "flaked oats" (minute oats I guess)

p.s. Steve you may have purchased like 7 or 8 packets of Nugget... so I
subbed out 1.5oz of Willamette for some @ 60 min (but not 45 min).

And, I'll cut a fat check tomorrow to repay you.
