[Wedding brews] Next brew day (Saison #1)

OK, we're set for Sunday afternoon (the 7th). Things to do in addition to
mashing and brewing:

* Procure an aerator
* Bottle the stovetop northern brown ale
* check the gravity of the wedding porter

After 3 will be just fine for me.
