Since Steve's ambitious wedding beer project is going slots for brewing
will be rare these next two months (there are only so many six hour brew
days one can allocate).

Steve shall be on the road this weekend, and I still need to bottle the
Ginger-Chamomile Wheat... so, bpt, do you want to brew the French
Revolution Ale Saturday or Sunday?
