Wedding pale 1.1 [wedding brews]

Greetings, all,

Heading out to the FLHS for the grain bill & hops. After some input from
Clinton, here's the wort ingredients:

Grain:
Pale Malt (2 Row) 7.500 lb
Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L 16.000 oz
Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L 3.800 oz
Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L 3.500 oz

Hops:
Nugget 13% 0.400 oz 1 hr
Northern Brewer 9% 0.3 oz 1 hr
Fuggles 4% 0.500 oz 15 mins
Kent Goldings 0.5 oz Flame-out

Yeast:
Wyeast - London ESB AleAleLiquid0.528 cupPrimary

I'll throw it up on the wiki sometime today while we're brewing.
