Brew day 2/5-6?

I put it to you: are we brewing Saturday or Sunday? I work Sat., so I will
be arriving closer to 2:30 on that day, and someone would need to go
shopping for grains. I can make it as early as 11am (stopping @ the FLHS en
route) on Sun.

Let's get this train out of the station! :)
