At this point it looks like bottling is up in the air for a while, my
Grandmother is officially extremely pissed at me and has banned anyone
From coming over (and banned ME from the house this weekend). The
fermenters could probably be moved elsewhere verrrry carefully (+ 2
hours for the yeast to resettle), and I can just skip my Foreign Extra
Stout.

We do not need a blowoff tube (doesn't work with a bucket, and the 8
gallon fermenter has plenty of headspace).
