[HCoop-Misc] AFS on Linux

Hi,

We have a new 16-node Opteron cluster running Rocks [1]. There are 2
local disks per node (2 x 160 GB) and we would like to aggregate one
disk from each node in an AFS partition so that we would have a 160 x
16 GB partition that we could use for non-critical storage.

Is this setup feasible with (Open)AFS ? I know that there are some AFS
users in hcoop, so I hope I don't get Warnocked :) If it is not
possible, is there some alternate method that I could use ?

The OS is RHEL-WS 4u3.
