[Hcoop-misc] setting up an svn repo - remote access denied after svnadmin create - help needed

I'm moving this over to hcoop-misc because it is something of a
personal concern. Thanks to Adam for his initial work in getting this
set up.

Per the docs here:

I think I need a few more directives to be able to import things onto
hcoop from my home box.

My conf file is:
    /etc/domains/com/metaperl/svn

But these lines are being rejected:

  Satisfy Any
  Require valid-user


  AuthType Basic
  AuthName "Subversion repository"
  AuthUserFile  /home/terry/domains/com/metaperl/svn/svn-conf/auth.conf
