[HCoop-Help] Member site down?

Hej,

trying to access https://members.hcoop.net I get to login, but am then
greeted by the following error message:

Exception
SQL: 1: connection to server at "postgres" (142.93.177.82), port 5433 failed: FATAL: Ident authentication failed for user "hcoop"

Is this error already known? If not, where should it best be reported? I
have tried IRC a good hour ago but haven't received a response there
yet.
