Hi everyone,
    I've used mail.hcoop.net to send my email from my local machine for a 
long time now. Suddenly, however, I noticed my local mail queue freezing 
the messages. I see this in the logs

   Has something changed which I'm not aware of? How do I fix this?

There was an outage last night. I believe it was a problem with our 
underlying hosting provider, DigitalOcean. But I'm also just reporting 
on chatter I saw in IRC, so I don't have all the details.
