[HCoop-Help] Email delivery not working

Hi everyone,
     I send a small amount of email via. the HCOOP email servers and I've 
noticed that it's been failing recently. I get this in my exim logs 
(configured to use mail.hcoop.net as a smarthost).

Connecting to mail.hcoop.net [104.248.1.95]:25 ... failed: Connection 
timed out (timeout=5m)

     Is there something wrong? Has something changed?
