[HCoop-Help] Nameservers not responding to new site

I'm still struggling to get MyInstaFaceTok.com hosted at HCoop.

Everything seems correct. The DNS records point to ns1.hcoop.net and
ns2.hcoop.net. Running domtool-admin describe seems correct.

And yet nslookup shows server failed.

Trying "nslookup myinstafacetok.com ns1.hcoop.net" shows refused.

It seems the DNS server at HCoop is not recognizing MyInstaFaceTok.com
as a domain it should respond to.

Can an admin check on this please?
