[HCoop-Help] Email delays?

Is anyone else seeing email delivery delays?  Virtually nothing external
got through to my inbox yesterday afternoon and into the evening (February
5).  Lots of email was delivered this morning (February 6) and it seemed to
be working fine, but now I'm starting to see some delays again.
