It's working now!

The biggest problem turned out to be a typo in my hosts file entry. :(

I did end up adding DefaultWebNode="navajos"... not sure if it was 
strictly necessary or not, but I'm not going to mess with it now that 
it's working.

FWIW, Htdocs = moin_default_htdocs works fine (and is recommended at 
http://wiki.hcoop.net/MemberManual/WebApplications/MoinMoin#Adding_to_your_Domtool_configuration)
