[HCoop-Help] my site doesnt respond - are we having issues?

There seems to be something intermittent going on.  I checked when
Steve first replied, and my sites (cedar-solutions.com and
wiki.cedar-solutions.com) were working at the time.  However, both are
broken as of now.  The main hcoop.net site is there, though.
