I think the PHP on mire needs updating. The current version on mire is
5.2.0-8+etch16 and the minimum requirements for WP3.3 is PHP version
5.2.4.
That might explain why b5baxter is having trouble getting WP to work.

Anyone running WP3.3 successfully on mire?
