[HCoop-Help] Anyone else having problems with cron?

I've noticed problems with cron on mire.  The last time any of my jobs ran
automatically was late on September 2.  I submitted a Bugzilla report, but
I'd like to gather some additional information to help debug the problem.
 Is anyone else seeing this behavior?   I don't have enough visibility to
tell whether system cron jobs (i.e. /etc/cron.daily) are impacted.
