You can probably write a standalone application in a very small amount 
of Ur/Web code.  More interesting would be to build a framework for 
doing this sort of thing.  I'm certainly available to give advice on 
either, possibly on the ur mailing list.  My schedule is such that I 
won't be able to do it myself, unless you're willing to pay. ;)
