NP. I understand ppl like me looking for a quick fix can be quite
annoying when they do it "the bad way". Sorry for that.

I took some time and rebooted my machine, and the problem went away.
It quite possible that a clock drift would have been adjusted at boot
(through ntp), so I'll watch out for that in the future.
