[HCoop-Help] Hide own virtual mailbox contents from... me?

I have setup a virtual mailbox for my domain, for someone else. I
notice that I have access to the mailbox and mail (just looking in
their maildir directory). Is it possible to remove my own access to
the directory? I guess I could remove "michal" from the acl for their
maildir (leaving "michal.daemon"), but would this result in any
ill-effects? Is there some way to encrypt the directory, so that it is
only decrypted upon access with the correct password from
imap/pop/webmail ?
