What I want are two very small sites, with expected very low traffic,
with https enabled for easy, but secure, editing of content via a web-
browser: with probably just two editors. I really don't think that
this would be classed as medium sized.
In fact, one reason why I posed the questions is that as my sites are
so small, perhaps larger sites would need the IP addresses more than
me: I would feel a bit guilty if my sites were given them and someone
else lost out. But I'm not sure how the IP addressed are organized /
decided upon in HCoop...
