[HCoop-Help] Daemon with access to environment variables

I have actually realised that I don't think it was the lack of
environment variables that caused the daemon to fail: I had the wrong
permissions set on the lib directory! Sorry... I think I may have
wasted peoples' time here.

Setting the correct permissions and removing the wrapper that sets the
variable and running the daemon directly (via run-in-pagsh) actually
seems to work fine now.
