[HCoop-Help] web server is down?

It seems both this downtime and the one earlier this week both began
around the time I ran domtool to reconfigure my site.  I have no idea
why that would be, since I'm pretty sure I'm not doing any too crazy
with it, but the fact that it's happened twice suggests it isn't a
coincidence.  In both cases, domtool took a long time to finish (on the
order of a few minutes), but did report success.

Could an admin or a domtool guru look at my configuration and see if
there's anything in there that could be breaking Apache?  It's in
~paul/.domtool/live-setup.
