Every path you mention in Domtool configuration must be on a whitelist 
of allowed paths. This whitelist is the union of a global whitelist and 
your specific Domtool permissions. I've added the path you want to the 
global whitelist with read-only permissions, so your configuration 
should work now (unless there are other issues besides what you've asked 
about).
