Though I haven't been involved much at all with HCoop in years, I might 
attend an event in Boston! Probably I wouldn't work up the energy to 
travel more than an hour. In February, though, you might want to plan in 
terms of highest expected temperatures, to minimize the risks of winter 
weather; in which case Boston would not be a winner.
