[HCoop-Discuss] Form 990-N

We need to take care of filing our 2009 Form 990-N with the IRS, which is
a painless task but necessary task.  I did this for years 2007 and 2008.

I will file an identical one to year our 2008 one with just the year
changed.  You can see it online at http://hcoop.net/board/990-N_2008.html

Please note that "Principal Officer" can be any officer responsible for
filing form 990-N.
