Sorry about the week delay; I ended up getting a flu and last week and
then had to spend the early portion of this week catching up with
various other tasks. But now I am fully recovered/caught up and we can
get back on track with this.

I have updated the draft with a few minor cleanups and a rephrasing of
the first paragraph. Now it merely mentions that we decided to find a
colocation provider that we can expand at more or less; I think it is
reasonable to give a general reason why we are switching providers.

If everyone agrees on this draft I can start emailing providers
tomorrow. bpt compiled a list of ten or so other providers in the
Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) area of NC (where we both reside);
I am CCing him this as a reminder to add them to the wiki page when he
is done with classes for the day.

Which leads me to: is there anywhere we could colo the hardware? Both
bpt and I will be in the Triangle area for the forseeable future, and we
will probably be able to recruit more members after the migration
(another technical friend wants to join soon and said he would be able
to join us for site visits as an extra pair of hands at least, and we
are starting a Fringe languages group so should be meeting other like
minded people). I just want to make sure there is general agreement on
NC as an area; if anyone wants to volunteer an alternative location
please do so.
