Personally, I didn't see any of those since the upgrade.

But one thing that we started having after upgrade to 1.4.10 is the
IMAP server troubles.

Currently the problem is "fixed" by restarting courier imapd every
full hour.

I wasn't paying detailed attention to OpenAFS mailing lists, but
if I understood it correctly, someone reported what may be the
same issue as ours, and it was kind of confirmed that it might
be a 1.4.10 issue.
