At the moment, Clinton is the only person volunteering to spend 
significant time setting up HCoop stuff (that is, the only such person 
whom we've already confirmed as OK to be given the root privileges to do 
so), so it's up to him as for what he's willing to tackle.  If it were 
I, I would pass on this and wait for our eventual paid staff members to 
deal with Xen.
