I don't think anyone who is 130% committed already can do much to help 
here.  To keep using AFS, we would need someone who can commit to handle 
any issues that come up, by investigating the problems and implementing 
solutions directly on our servers.  Since we don't want to give too many 
people root access, this would need to be a person who is willing to 
accept general admin and support responsibilities for HCoop.
