[HCoop-Discuss] Recusing myself from HCoop planning

If we can get enough people to agree to this proposal I would be willing to
dedicate a good amount of time to making it happen:

1) Get rid of AFS because it seems to causes too many conflicts with
software our members want to use
2) Lease dedicated servers with a company that has a generous support
policy rather than co-locating our own servers in dog-eat-dog Manhattan.
3) Liquidate, donate or return all hardware in the possession of HCOOP.
It's just too expensive to have to worry about depreciation, transportation
and maintenance.
4) Have a majority of members agree to have a 10% overhead of our base
infrastructure costs to keep things running smoothly and ensure growth
(this doesn't necessarily mean raising dues, it could just as easily mean
cutting costs which is easily done by not owning our own hardware)
5) All hours a member spends on an HCOOP project get logged so we can
easily recognize where our bottlenecks will be should a member leave.
