I'd like to clarify the reasons for this intiative, in case some of our
members did not actively track our past discussions on the subject:

- We need more space in our hardware cabinet
- We need more processing power than we currently have
- We need to improve situation regarding the reliability of our hardware
- We need more admins, primarily in critical situations & in case of
unexpected failures which first and foremost require timely intervention

There is a realistic possibility that we could achieve that by
moving to a different colocation facility, where we could get the
Internet link and lease new hardware (which includes support contract)
for a price greater but comparable to what we are paying now.

We would also like to have a capable student or students as our on-site
sysadmins, so we are also looking for a city with both good internet
colocation facilities and IT-related universities, and relatively low
cost of living.

Everyone is welcome to both give ideas about such locations, and/or
discuss Adam's thread about which direction HCoop members want
HCoop to go.

Thanks,
