For unknown reason Mire's webserver terminated.

I've restarted it, resolved two Bugzilla bugs that were submitted
about it (#441, #442) and posted a followup on -sysadmin.

We will switch to 'runit', an Sysv init replacement with service
supervision and will prevent this type of problems from happening
again. (Runit's supervision restarts processes automatically).
