Hi, Vegai.  The admins refuse to fix this bug, even though it would
take them only 60 seconds:

I believe that bug #519 is why you are encountering problems but users
on mire are not.  Convincing the admins to spend 60 seconds fixing bug
#519 is the first step towards solving your problems.
