OK, I've sent the initial $60 membership payment.  There's a bug in the 
HTML for the PayPal button for this option; that button is not within 
any <form>...</form> pair.  I fixed it in a local copy to make the 
payment. ;-)

We're also ready to move ahead with the cheapest VPS plan.  Does anyone 
object to calling our new VPS outpost.hcoop.net?  We can at least start 
out like this, for purposes of Cernio configuring reverse DNS.
