OK, it seems like we're agreed on everything but the non-freeze period 
length.  I don't care so much about the difference between 1 and 2 
months, and docelic seems to have the same position, so are we agreed to 
go ahead, with a 2-month period?  (Since this is board policy, I think 
we can revise it at any time without fancy-schmancy bylaws votes.)
