[HCoop-Discuss] Procmail log location on new system

I would like to create the ~/logs/procmail directory on the new system,
and change everyone's ~/.procmail.d/procmailrc file (again, on the new
system only) to put log messages in ~/logs/procmail/log. Any
objections?

The rationale for this is to make the Procmail directions on the wiki
easier to follow, with less possibility for people choosing a location
that can't be written to by procmail. We've currently got at least one
person writing to such a file, according to deleuze's syslog. This
would also enforce a good trend for storing log messages under the
standard directory ~/logs.
