I would guess that only courier-imap was started by runit, but not
courier-imap-ssl.  I cannot verify this, however, because I cannot
currently get root on deleuze via sudo as mwolson_admin, for reasons
detailed in a message to hcoop-sysadmin (with a "login weirdness"
subject).
