[HCoop-Discuss] Access card and refund

Hello all,

Last night I was relieved of my possessions by two gentlemen with a
revolver just outside my house.  I mention this for two hcoop-related
reasons:

1. My Peer1 access card was among the items taken, so it will have to be
replaced for a small fee.  HCoop's security was not affected by this
incident--the card itself is anonymous-looking and only gets in the
datacenter door, not into the building itself, which requires signing in
with ID, and my cabinet key was not taken.
2. Due to the difficulties in dealing with this incident I am going to
require an immediate refund of $400 from my account.  Adam, if you could
do so as soon as you receive this, please paypal that sum to ntk at hcoop.net
