[HCoop-Discuss] Bylaws revision - increasing size of board, etc.

I forget if I already wrote this on this list, but my personal plan is 
not to think about bylaws amendments until migration is done.  There is 
plenty of time between now and the next scheduled election, so I don't 
think there is any occasion for rush.  We have more pressing matters to 
worry about that are preventing some people from migrating, etc..
