I've been alarmed at the tone of these e-mails regarding the DNS
situation. Accusatory statements have no place in a dialogue between
members. Asking if admins are "talking to each other" isn't
constructive.
A more constructive way to make the same point would be to quote
language in another e-mail that may be contradictory, and politely ask
the author to explain his or her position in light of the quotation.

Also, from a different message:

We are all in this together, and some of us have been generous enough
to take admin or board responsibilities. Without paid staff, members
should not make demands like this. I agree with the sentiment, but the
approach is all wrong. Making unilateral demands (however reasonable
they are) is, again, not the type of dialogue that should be shared
among members.

Our co-op should be an inclusive, positive organization where members
work together and respect each other.
I hope we can work together to get this DNS situation worked out, but
it is far from dire. I entered deleuze and mire as my DNS servers and
GoDaddy accepted them without any problem. I've been working off the
new setup for many weeks now, and it works like a charm. (Thanks,
admins!)

thats all.

frank
