[HCoop-Discuss] Possible downtime for fyodor maintenance

Looks like this isn't going to happen today.  I agree that it's 
important to have a fyodor admin on hand at the time, and clearly 
docelic would be a lot more help than I could be, so I'm waiting to see 
if he has something to say soon.
