I have tried calling and emailing Ray Racine about his previous server 
donation offer.
As yet I have still not managed to get any response.  There's any number 
of possible reasons for him being incommunicado, but I think we need to 
move on and plan our Peer1 migration without his donation offer.  If it 
does materialize later, I'm sure we will find a way to utilize it 
effectively.
