I don't understand why it would be necessary to stream this at all, 
unless you want to broadcast these talks to a live audience.  It sounds 
to me more like you want to offer an archive of pre-recorded talks, in 
which case, as Ryan suggested, you would be better off just putting 
mp3/ogg audio files for download on your webpage.
